In Celebration of MHS Class of 1958
A Tribute and Celebration
We were the class of 1958, members of the Greatest Generation as well as children of the Greatest Generation. Born in 1940, we are also called members of the Traditional Generation.
Our childhood, post World War II, "was the best of times . . . it was the age of wisdom . . . it was the epoch of belief . . .it was the season of Light . . . it was the spring of hope . . . we had everything before us . . .we were all going direct to Heaven . . . ." (A Tale of Two Cities, Charles Dickens.) At least, that's the way I felt about it. We were truly blessed.

Ouida, I, for one, thank you for donating the roughly $10K-to-$15K worth of free work to the class of '58. The measure of success for internet ventures is the number of "hits". That's how Google gets paid: the number of hits. Content is everything. Lack of posting and commenting condemns a blog to beginning a slow, but inexorable death.
Fresh content is the only thing that makes folks want to visit. If, after a couple of days, nothing new is added why should people look in? I know I would not.
Thanks for your personal gift to our class.
You are very welcome.
Off subject, I have needed an editor today. I have been misspelling words all day on the blog. Everytime I see another misspelled word, I wonder where you are and why I haven't heard from you. Help!!
